Honest eligibility
Your clinician reviews everything — and declines to prescribe when treatment isn't right for you.
Private by design
HIPAA-secure records, discreet billing, unmarked packaging.
The candid part: compounded medications, including compounded semaglutide and NAD+, are not FDA-approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. They are prescribed when a licensed clinician determines a compounded preparation is appropriate for your individual needs. We'd rather tell you this plainly than in fine print.
Asked, answered, plainly.
Can't find your question? Message us — a human on our care team replies, usually within a few hours.
Compounded semaglutide is prepared by state-licensed US compounding pharmacies for individual patients under a clinician's prescription. It is not FDA-approved, which is why every Parke prescription begins with a licensed clinician reviewing your full history — and why we batch-test through independent third parties. If a clinician determines it isn't appropriate for you, we won't prescribe it. See the important safety information.
Everything: your medication, clinician reviews, dose adjustments, unlimited care-team messaging, and free cold-chain shipping. No membership fees on standard treatments, no hidden charges, no cancellation fees.
Yes. Your records live on a HIPAA-secure platform, your billing descriptor is discreet, and every shipment arrives in plain, unmarked, temperature-controlled packaging.
No insurance is required — pricing is transparent and self-pay. Most members can use HSA or FSA funds for clinician-prescribed treatment; we provide itemized receipts to make reimbursement simple.
A licensed clinician reviews your intake, usually within 24 hours. If treatment is appropriate, your first shipment typically arrives within a week. You are not charged unless a clinician approves your treatment plan.
Message your care team any time — clinical questions are usually answered the same business day. Your clinician can adjust your dose, slow your titration, or recommend supportive care.
Anytime, from your member portal, in about two clicks. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no retention phone calls.
Eligibility is a clinical decision, not a checkout step. GLP-1 therapy is not prescribed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for those with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2, among other factors your clinician reviews.
Feeling like yourself again begins here.

Important safety information
Compounded semaglutide (GLP-1): Semaglutide-containing medicines caused thyroid C-cell tumors in rodent studies; it is unknown whether they cause such tumors in humans. Do not use with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and abdominal pain. Serious risks include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, kidney injury, and low blood sugar when combined with insulin or sulfonylureas. Stop use and seek immediate care for severe abdominal pain, symptoms of an allergic reaction, or vision changes. Tell your clinician about all medical conditions and medications before starting treatment.
Compounded NAD+ and methylcobalamin (B12) injections: may cause injection-site reactions and other side effects; discuss risks with your clinician.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. This summary does not replace a conversation with a licensed clinician, who will review complete safety information with you before prescribing. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
